1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using nocodeafrica.com (the "Site") and the training, courses, community and app-development services offered by Nocode Africa ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Nocode Africa provides no-code education (one-on-one mentorship, group cohorts, and self-paced online courses), community access, and custom app-development services for individuals and businesses. Course content, pricing and availability may change at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Payments & Refunds

All fees for courses, mentorship and app-development engagements are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Course purchases are generally non-refundable once content has been accessed. App-development engagements are governed by the proposal signed with the client.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, exercises, branding and content on the Site are owned by Nocode Africa or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access purchased content. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly share, or use our content to train AI models without written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, upload unlawful or harmful content, or harass other members of the community. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Reviews & User Submissions

By submitting a review, photo or testimonial, you grant Nocode Africa a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and promote that content across our marketing channels. You confirm the submission is your own and accurate.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific income, business or learning outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nocode Africa will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
